Jordan Romano struck out two batters in a scoreless frame to earn the save in Tuesday's 8-7 win over the Nationals.

Romano continues a strong stretch out of the bullpen, holding opponents scoreless in five of his last six trips to the mound. The right-hander has offered manager Warren Schaeffer a mostly stable closing option since arriving after a dismal start to the season with the Los Angeles Angels, posting a 6.59 ERA and 1.83 WHIP with seven saves and one hold across 17 appearances.
