Gabriel Hughes allowed one earned run on five hits and one walk while striking out five over five innings in a loss to the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Hughes continues a solid stretch on the mound since being called up, allowing two earned runs or less in three of four contests. The right-hander has offered manager Warren Schaeffer one of the more stable options when asked to toe the rubber to this point, carrying a 2.79 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with an 0-2 record and 8.8 K/9 ratio across four appearances.
