Reds right-hander Brady Singer pitched 6 2/3 innings, allowing three earned runs while earning the win over the Mariners on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Singer allowed six hits and walked one against six punchouts while picking up his fifth win of the season. Singer was actually in line for a tough-luck loss until Sal Stewart clubbed a go-ahead three-run homer in the top of the seventh with Singer still in the contest. Singer has been excellent of late, allowing six earned runs over his last three starts while going at least 6 2/3 innings in all three. He has struck out 17 against just two walks in that time. The veteran will take a 4.53 ERA into his next scheduled start at home against the Guardians on Tuesday.
