Daniel Lynch tossed a scoreless frame on 12 pitches in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Tigers, allowing one hit with no walks and no strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
After Saturday's win, Lynch now has a 2.08 ERA and 0.92 WHIP with a 7.1 K/9 and 12 holds across 43 appearances. Michael Wacha pitched seven innings, which allowed Lynch to get the eighth and give way to Alex Lange in the ninth. Lynch has been the best reliever for the Royals, but they won't commit to him as the ninth-inning closer.
