Grant Holmes allowed three runs on five hits and two walks while striking out four across 4 2/3 innings in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Holmes pretty much stayed on his typical course Thursday night, giving the Braves' lineup a fighting chance while at least working into the fifth frame. Holmes had finished five innings in each of his previous four starts, but a couple of walks got him in trouble during the fifth inning of this outing. Holmes now holds a respectable 3.88 ERA and 1.36 WHIP with 87 strikeouts across 102 innings this season.
