Janson Junk earns win Friday

Janson Junk allowed one unearned run on three hits and two walks while striking out four over five innings in Friday's 5-2 win over the New York Mets.
Fantasy Impact:
Junk did not allow an earned run for the first time since April 28, when he tossed six scoreless innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers. After posting a 7.00 ERA in May, he rebounded with a 3.86 ERA and 1.15 WHIP across four starts in July. His next scheduled start is on Thursday against the Atlanta Braves.
