Max Fried allowed one earned run on two hits and one walk while striking out seven over 5 1/3 innings in Saturday's loss to the Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
Fried has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in four of his last six trips to the mound. The left-hander remains another mostly stable option as part of a deep Yankees starting staff for manager Aaron Boone, carrying a 3.12 ERA and 0.99 WHIP with a 4-3 record and 8.2 K/9 ratio through 13 starts.
