With James Wood (oblique) landing on the IL, Pinckney was called up to fill the spot on the roster. Pinckney will be making his MLB debut when he first appears for the Nationals. The 25-year-old outfielder has belted 13 homers with 18 steals and a .271 AVG across 94 games at Triple-A this season.
