Andre Pallante allowed zero earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out two over six innings in a 2-0 win over Philadelphia.

Pallante allowed eight hard-hit balls and picked up five whiffs on 97 pitches. He was lucky to come away with his ninth quality start, as all the hard contact equated to a 6.93 xERA. Nevertheless, he picks up his third quality start in his last four tries, a stretch in which he's 2-0 with 17 strikeouts over 24.2 innings. After the outing, Pallante owns a 3.46 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with a 12-6 record across 23 starts. He'll face the Reds next.
