Andre Pallante (elbow) was placed on the 15-day IL ahead of this weekend's series against the Phillies. (Derrick Goold on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Pallante is dealing with some elbow inflammation, but the issue is not considered overly serious. Quinn Mathews will be calling up to take Pallante's spot in the rotation for at least the next couple of weeks.
