Hunter Greene underwent Tommy John surgery on Wednesday and will be out for the next 12-18 months. (Gordon Wittenmyer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Greene will miss next season if there is one on top of the rest of this year. This is the second time he has undergone Tommy John surgery.
