Peter Lambert allowed nine earned runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out three over 3 2/3 innings in Thursday’s loss to the Angels.
Fantasy Impact:
Lambert continues a strong stretch, allowing two earned runs or less in eight of his last nine trips to the mound. The right-hander offers manager Joe Espada one of the few stable options in an inconsistent Astros rotation, carrying a 3.68 ERA and 1.20 WHIP with an 8-7 record and 8.8 K/9 ratio across 22 starts.
