Ryan Johnson grinds through six in win over Red Sox
by Chris Schommer | Angels Correspondent |
Ryan Johnson allowed three earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings in Wednesday’s win over the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson continues a strong stretch of late, allowing two earned runs or less in six of his last seven trips to the mound. The right-hander remains another inconsistent option in an underperforming Angels rotation, posting a 5.12 ERA and 1.36 WHIP with a 4-8 record, 1.6 K/BB ratio, and .766 OPS allowed across 19 appearances.
