Brandon Young allowed one earned run on five hits and five walks while striking out six over five innings in Monday's win over the Mets.

Young has provided mixed results on the mound of late, allowing three earned runs or more in four of his last eight contests. The right-hander remains one of many inconsistent arms in the Orioles rotation to this point, posting a 3.65 ERA and 1.37 WHIP with a 9-4 record and 7.3 K/9 ratio through 26 starts.
