Samuel Basallo goes yard in win over Mets
by Chris Schommer | Orioles Correspondent |
Samuel Basallo went 2-for-4 in Wednesday’s 7-1 win over the Mets with a home run, one run scored, and two RBI.
Fantasy Impact:
Basallo has struggled with consistency of late, registering hits in four of his last 12 contests. The catcher has frustrated for much of the season as one of the more underperforming bats in the Orioles lineup for manager Craig Albernaz, batting .227 with 18 homers, 53 RBI, and 40 runs scored through 108 games.
