Glen Perkins yet to resume throwing

Glen Perkins told reporters that his shoulder is feeling better, but he still hasn't resumed throwing. The team feels that the closer is still a "ways away" from returning. (Pioneer Press)

Perkins is eligible to come off the DL this week, but he won't return considering he hasn't resumed throwing. It will be difficult to get a time frame for him until he resumes throwing. Owners will need to continue to rely on other options moving forward.
