Trayce Thompson's stock continues to rise

Trayce Thompson was moved into the three-hole in the Dodgers' lineup on Sunday, as Justin Turner was given the day off. Thompson batted 1-for-3 with two walks and is now batting .279/.362/.566 in 138 plate appearances this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Thompson has effectively been an everyday player for a couple weeks now, further cemented by Yasiel Puig's trip to the disabled list and Sunday's news that the Dodgers designated veteran outfielder Carl Crawford for assignment. It's unclear whether Thompson's move to the three-hole is permanent, but he figures to remain near the top or middle of the order going forward. His .928 OPS is easily the best on the team and ranks 21st in MLB among players with at least 100 plate appearances. In addition, his performance on the base paths in Saturday's game (three steals in three attempts) shows his potential to be a top-notch power-speed asset for fantasy owners.
