Bo Naylor went 1-for-3 in a loss to the Pirates with a two-run home run and one walk.
Fantasy Impact
Naylor has heated up since being added to the roster, driving in runs in two of his last three contests. The catcher remains difficult to trust when inserted into a versatile Brewers lineup for manager Pat Murphy, batting .154 with three home runs, five runs scored, and 10 RBI across 31 games.
Bo Naylor was recalled from Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
With rosters expanding, the Brewers have called Naylor up for the first time since trading for him back before the deadline. Naylor has hit well at the Triple-A level since joining the Brewers' organization, putting up a .903 OPS with four homers and four doubles over 68 plate appearances.
The Brewers acquired C Bo Naylor and RHP Codi Heuer from the Guardians for RHP Craig Yoho and OF Blake Perkins.
Fantasy Impact
Naylor lands a fresh start in Milwaukee. He has showed flashes in Cleveland, but he was never able to fully put it together. He'll add depth behind the plate for the Brewers.
The Guardians optioned Bo Naylor to Triple-A.
Fantasy Impact
Cleveland made a trade on Saturday for Giants C Patrick Bailey. Naylor will head to Triple-A as a result to make room for him.
Bo Naylor went 2-for-5 in an 8-5 win over the Royals on Thursday with a home run, one run scored, and three RBI.
Fantasy Impact
Naylor ripped a three-run homer to give the Guardians an 8-2 lead in the seventh inning. After Thursday's win over Kansas City, Naylor is batting .143 with two home runs, seven RBI, four runs scored, and a 6:21 BB:K through 28 games. It has been a tough year for Naylor, so hopefully his big night at the plate on Thursday gets his bat going.
