Willy Adames went 1-for-3 with an RBI double and one walk during Wednesday's 4-3 loss to the Astros in Game 4 of the ALCS.
Adames belted an RBI double off Ryan Pressly in the bottom of the ninth to cut Astros lead to one. He has played terrific defense during the playoffs, but has struggled at the plate. Adames is hitting .129 (4-for-31) with two RBI and one stolen base over 11 games.
Willy Adames provided the only run of the ballgame for the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday, going 1-for-4 with a solo homer as the team fell to the Orioles 2-1.
John Means was mighty impressive in this one and the Rays didn't have much of an answer for him. Adames has been in a massive slump lately, but he has now two homers in his last three games. Fantasy managers in 12-team leagues can likely do better during the upcoming championship matchup week.

Adames is hitting .282/.366/.500 here in mid-September. He has cooled down a bit since a mid-summer surge but the 25-year-old is still having a career year. He's worth rostering in most every fantasy league right now.
