DeMar DeRozan ice cold in Game 2

by Dennis Clausen | Kings Correspondent | Thu, May 4th 4:51pm EDT

For the second game in a row, the Cavs have had DeMar DeRozan's number. DeRozan played 31 ineffective minutes scoring only five points. Cleveland took Game 2 and leads the series 2-0. Toronto will look to get on track on it's home court on Friday night for Game 3 at the Air Canada Centre.

Fantasy Impact:

Cleveland continues to swarm DeRozan, rendering him ineffective offensively for the first two games of this series. DeRozan is only averaging 12 points this series and will undoubtedly need to get it together if Toronto has any chance of coming back. He averaged nearly 30 points against Cleveland during the regular season so it seems inevitable that he will pick things up eventually. Now may be the time to take advantage of DeRozan's sliding DFS price. With most shying away from him due to his recent play, he can help separate you from the pack in DFS tournaments on Friday night if he goes off, which may happen especially with Kyle Lowry dealing with an ankle injury that will most likely limit him.
