Ed Davis traded to New York Knicks

Fantasy Impact:
The Knicks recently waived Taj Gibson and Bobby Portis and landed another veteran in Davis. He was forced to miss the playoffs due to a knee injury, but all signs point to him being ready to pass a physical and suit up for the Knicks in the coming month. Davis is a decent shot blocker and offensive rebounder who should be a viable replacement in the Knicks' frontcourt in the wake of Gibson and Portis getting waived. Despite his change of scenery, he is not a target for fantasy managers this season.
