After a deep playoff run that saw Horford play a grueling 35.4 minutes per game, the team has expressed interest in having the veteran face workload restrictions next season. According to Jared Weiss, Horford, 36, is expected to not play on most back-to-backs, if any this season. With a thin rotation at the forward position, the Celtics will take a cautious approach as they aim to head back to the NBA finals this season. With a minutes restriction, Horford's stock will likely shrink in redraft leagues but his upside in category leagues remains elite as a rebound, shot blocker, and three-point shooter at the PF position.
