Fantasy Impact:
Cedi Osman, Lamar Stevens and a second-round pick were dealt to the Spurs with the Heat acquiring a second-round pick. Strus joins a fairly crowded rotation in Cleveland highlighted by Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland and Caris LeVert. The Cavs also signed Georges Niang in free agency.
