Fantasy Impact:
Noel's stint with the Kings was short, ending before he ever saw action in a game. He hasn't eclipsed 20 games played in any of his last there seasons, so even if he does end up on a roster before the season starts, there's little reason to believe that he'll be able to recapture the fantasy relevance he had earlier in his career.
