Fantasy Impact:
Williams will be headed to Portland as part of the trade package that Boston put together to acquire Jrue Holiday. He's been an effective contributor for the Celtics over the past few years, and now they'll have to rely on veteran Al Horford to pick up more slack in his absence. Williams could carve out a big role for himself on the Blazers and projects to get fantasy-relevant minutes this season.
