Kyle Lowry totaled zero points (0-1 FG), two rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block in the Heats’ 103-102 win over the Pistons.
Fantasy Impact:
Lowry scored 0.00 points in the Heats’ win over the Pistons putting together arguably one of the ugliest stat-lines one could have in 32.0 minutes of play in a contest. Since joining the Heat his production has fallen tremendously as he has seen a sharp decline in his contribution to every performance category of the stat-sheet. Last season he saw career lows in points, rebounds, and assists posting an average of 11.2, 4.1, and 5.1 per game in each category respectively. At this rate Lowry is best leveraged as a last resort play in deep league formats until he proves otherwise. It is hard to believe that his good days, let alone his best days are behind him, however his current production level over the past two seasons, doesn’t warrant any optimism that things will change for the better, at least in the short-term.
