Kevin Durant registered a game-high 42 points in Friday's 123-112 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Fantasy Impact:
Durant ended up hitting 17-of-29 from the field, including 4-of-9 from behind the 3-point line, while adding eight assists, six rebounds and a blocked shot in 39 minutes. It was his highest point total since going for 43 points in a loss against the Detroit Pistons on Dec. 21. He'll look to keep it going Monday against Milwaukee on NBA TV to kick off a four-game week for his fantasy managers.
