Bobby Portis records season-high nine assists
by Bruno Mulé | Bucks Correspondent | Thu, Jan 22nd 9:33am EST
Portis finished with 15 points on 6-of-14 shooting, six rebounds, nine assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Wednesday's defeat to Oklahoma City. He made his only free-throw attempt in the contest.
Fantasy Impact:
The nine assists represented a season-high for Portis and matched his total from Milwaukee's previous eight games combined. Gary Harris drew the start with Myles Turner (ankle) sidelined but logged just nine minutes, while Portis opened the third quarter in the lineup. Should Turner remain out Friday against Denver, Portis appears positioned to move into the starting five.
