Jevon Carter agrees to deal with Magic

Fantasy Impact:
Carter was waived by the Bulls on February 1. The veteran guard played in 23 games off the Chicago bench this season, averaging 5.4 points and shooting 41.0% from long range. Carter will now provide backcourt depth for Orlando.
