Mason Plumlee signs 10-day contract with Spurs

Veteran center Mason Plumlee has signed a 10-day contract with the San Antonio Spurs. Plumlee was made available when Oklahoma City waived him shortly after acquiring him in a trade with Charlotte prior to the deadline. (Shams Charania on X)

Plumlee is in his 13th season in the NBA and the Spurs, if he appears in a game, will be his eighth different team. The soon-to-be 36-year-old has appeared in 874 career games and has averaged 7.9 points and 6.6 rebounds. This season, Plumlee played 14 games with the Hornets and averaged 1.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 8.9 minutes per game. He'll provide frontcourt depth for San Antonio, but will remain off the fantasy radar.
