Eric Gordon scored 21 points on 6-of-11 shooting with five three-pointers made. Gordon also had three rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block.
Gordon was able to get into a good shooting rhythm in the game 7 win against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Rockets will need Gordon to continue his shooting success as the Rockets move on to play the Los Angeles Lakers in the next round. Gordon could be a good DFS option in that match up as the Lakers will have to put more defensive focus on Russell Westbrook and James Harden.
Eric Gordon shot just 3-of-12 from the floor Monday night, scoring nine points, to go along with four rebounds, six assists, two steals, one block, and four turnovers as the Rockets lose Game 6 to the Thunder.
Gordon hasn't scored in single-digits since play resumed in the Bubble until tonight. His shot was visibly off, but thankfully he was able to salvage his poor shooting performance with a few peripheral stats. Gordon will continue to shoot the basketball and look to get it going again in a deciding Game 7 Wednesday night.
Eric Gordon provided 23 points (8-15 FG, 4-4 FT, 3-8 3PT), one rebound, three assists, two steals and one turnover across 31 minutes during the Rockets' 114-117 loss to the Thunder in Game 4 on Monday.
Gordon is showing no ill-effects from the ankle injury that sidelined him for the first few weeks in Orlando and he is doing a nice job scoring for Houston with Russell Westbrook (quad) remaining out. The 31-year-old guard is averaging 19.2 points per game during Houston's first-round series and will need to take his game to the next level with the series now tied at 2-2. Gordon will look to stay in rhythm for Game 5 on Wednesday.
Eric Gordon scored 18 points on 8-of-24 shooting with two triples and contributed three rebounds, two assists, three blocks, one steal, and five turnovers across 41 minutes in a Game 3 loss to the Thunder on Saturday night.
Gordon's three blocks were a team-high and set a new career playoff-high in the process. While his defense was a surprise, his poor shooting efficiency continued, missing 16-of-24 shots. He'll need to shoot better for the Rockets heading into a critical Game 4 on Monday. Gordon finished Game 3 with 31.6 points in Fanduel and 31.25 points in DraftKings.
Eric Gordon put up 15 points (6-20 FG, 3-5 FT, 0-10 3PT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during the Rockets 111-98 victory over the Thunder in Game 2.
Gordon couldn't buy a bucket in this one, going 0-10 from three-point range and shooting 30 percent overall. He is receiving some increased usage with Russell Westbrook (quad) remaining out, but is often inconsistent from game to game, making it difficult to project. Gordon will look to find his stroke in Game 3 on Saturday.
