NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting the Seattle Seahawks and free agent quarterback Austin Davis have agreed to terms on an undisclosed deal on Monday. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Perhaps the bigger story here is Colin Kaepernick. The controversial signal-caller remains a free agent in the wake of Seattle agreeing to terms with Davis. It appears unlikely that Kaepernick signs with a team prior to the start of the 2017 season barring a significant injury to a notable quarterback moving forward. For Davis, he will serve as Russell Wilson's backup for the upcoming campaign.
