Fantasy Impact:
A draft twitter darling, McNichols spent training camp having his pass protection struggles broadcast to the nation via HBO's Hard Knocks. On a spreadsheet, McNichols is an intriguing talent, boasting plus athleticism and collegiate production, and it makes sense for a rebuilding team like the 49ers to take a chance on a player like him. He should remain on dynasty radars but is largely droppable outside of the deepest of formats.
