In a surprise move, the Oakland Raiders selected Clelin Ferrell at fourth overall. While he is one of the best edge rushers in the draft, he was not on the radar this high for most. Ferrell fills an glaring need for the Raiders and projects as an immediate starter. He has enough talent to become an IDP force as a rookie.
