Washington running back Adrian Peterson rushed 23 times for 118 yards and caught two passes for 18 yards in Sunday's win over the Miami Dolphins.
Peterson had easily his best game of the season and looked rejuvenated under interim head coach Bill Callahan's new approach. After being inactive in Week 1 and not seeing more than 12 carries in a game this season, Peterson saw 23 carries on Sunday. However, Sunday's performance came against the rebuilding Dolphins. Peterson might not find the same success over the next few weeks with the 49ers, Vikings, and Bills and their stingy defenses on tap.
