Fantasy Impact:
Early reports pointed toward a thought that Godwin had only sprained his MCL, but as of yesterday we learned the damage from the injury sustained in Sunday's Week 15 game vs the New Orleans Saints is much worse. It was already anticipated that Godwin would not return this season due to the torn ACL, so this news is more of a formality than anything else. It does seem that Tampa Bay will have WR Antonio Brown back from a three-game suspension however, so not all is lost for the defending Super Bowl champions.
