49ers QB Trey Lance underwent a successful surgery at Stanford Hospital to repair two injuries to his ankle. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Lance will now begin the rehabilitation process as he works his way back from a fibula fracture and ligament disruption. Head team physician Dr. Tim McAdams is confident Lance will recover in time for a full return in 2023.
