The 49ers placed Trey Lance on the Injured Reserve list on Wednesday. (49ers.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Lance underwent successful surgery on his fractured ankle earlier in the week. He will now begin to rehab in hopes of making a full recovery ahead of the start of next season.
