Jimmy Garoppolo completed 18 of his 29 pass attempts for 211 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and lost a fumble in San Francisco's Week 3 defeat to Denver.
Fantasy Impact:
The lowlight of the contest for Garoppolo occurred in the third frame, where he inadvertently stepped out of bounds from his own end zone to award the Broncos a safety. It was a strong defensive battle throughout the night, with the 49ers really struggling to find their offensive rhythm in the fourth quarter, especially without the services of Trent Williams. Garoppolo could be in for a nice bounce-back performance in Week 4, being at home against a Rams team whom they've had a strong history against through the past few seasons.
