Fantasy Impact:
The Titans had rookie Malik Willis starting in place of an injured Ryan Tannehill last week, but they are now opting to go in a different direction. They will start Dobbs, who just signed with Tennessee last week. With no Derrick Henry for the Thursday night, this offense as a whole has an ugly outlook for fantasy purposes against a stellar Cowboys' defense.
