Trey Lance (ankle) undergoes second surgery, expected to be fine for OTAs

Trey Lance underwent a second surgery on his right ankle to remove hardware that was inserted during the first surgery. He is expected to be fine for OTAs. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Lance experienced irritation based on the location of the hardware. It is looking like it'll be another offseason with quarterback controversy for the 49ers, especially if Brock Purdy leads San Francisco far in the playoffs.
