Fantasy Impact:
Allen was rumored to potentially be traded or cut very early in the offseason, but the restructure likely means he returns to the Chargers for another season. The 30-year-old veteran appeared in 10 games last season, tallying 752 yards and four touchdowns on 66 receptions.
