Austin Hooper signing with Raiders

According to Andrew Schultz of theScore, the Las Vegas Raiders are signing TE Austin Hooper to a one-year deal. (Andrew Schultz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hooper will come in to help replace some of the snaps lost when the Raiders moved Darren Waller to the Giants. Alongside TE OJ Howard, Hooper can add depth at the position for new QB Jimmy Garoppolo. This also opens up the door for Chig Okonkwo in Tennessee and likely means free agent TE Foster Moreau will not return to Vegas in 2023.
