Hooper was drafted by the Falcons in 2016 and played 59 games in four seasons with the Falcons. Last season, he had 263 yards and two touchdowns with the Patriots, splitting time with Hunter Henry. He returns to Atlanta, where he was a two-time Pro Bowler, to play with Kyle Pitts Sr. on a one-year, $3.25 million deal.
