According to the Athletic, DeAndre Hopkins is unlikely to sign with the Buffalo Bills. Three executives within the NFL believe that the Bills do not have the cap space to sign Hopkins. (TheAthletic on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Hopkins is the top free agent wide receiver available and has numerous teams that are interested in signing him. Barring a move to shed cap space, the Bills likely will not land Hopkins heading into the 2023 season.
