Fantasy Impact:
The Raiders were without Meyers in Week 2 because of a concussion he sustained, but now he's taking a step in the right direction. He was back at practice on Wednesday, and although limited, he seems to be trending towards playing in Week 3. The veteran's return will mean good things for QB Jimmy Garoppolo and the offense as a whole against the Steelers.
