Aiyuk is currently dealing with a shoulder injury he suffered in Week 2. With a short turnaround, the 49ers will opt to sit Aiyuk against the Giants. Fantasy managers can expect Deebo Samuel, Juan Jennings, and George Kittle to see a bump in targets in Aiyuk’s absence.
