Fantasy Impact:
Kamara hasn't been able to practice during the regular season while serving his three-game suspension that the league gave him, but that's over now and he is returning to practice on Wednesday. It's worth keeping tabs on how he looks at practice, but he will more than likely be the bona fide starter either way in his return in Week 4.
