Bateman was reportedly dealing with hamstring tightness following their Week 3 loss to the Colts and is now missing practice because of it. The exact severity of it is unknown, but it seems safe to assume that he's on a day-to-day timeline for the time being. Baltimore has multiple injuries in the receiving core that could lead to Zay Flowers and Nelson Agholor both getting more work in Week 4.
