Taylor has been on the PUP list for the entire season so far, but now he's designated to return and will be back at practice on Wednesday, according to HC Shane Steichen. The team will have 21 days to activate him to the active roster, or else he won't be able to return at all this year. It's unclear if he still wants traded or if there's any turmoil between him and the team, but he will be a must-start fantasy option whenever he's on the field, regardless of who it's for.
